By accessing or using xcarousel ("the Service"), operated at xcarousel.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of service

xcarousel is an AI-powered carousel maker for social media. The Service allows you to create slide-based visual content and export it for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Key features include:

• AI content generation from topics, text, URLs, or PDFs
• Visual editor with themes, brand kits, and typography controls
• Multi-platform export optimized per platform
• Direct publishing to connected social media accounts

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

Account terms

To use the Service, you must create an account by authenticating through a supported third-party provider (Meta/Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, or TikTok). By doing so, you authorize us to access certain profile information as described in our Privacy policy.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You may not share your account or let others access it on your behalf.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts with false or misleading information.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.

Your content

AI-generated content

The Service includes AI-powered features that can generate text, suggest layouts, and assist with content creation. Regarding AI-generated content:

• AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for understanding the legal implications of using AI-generated content.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You should review all AI output before using or publishing it.
• AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or inaccurate results. You assume full responsibility for how you use this content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Third-party platform terms

Subscription and payment

The Service is offered as a paid subscription at $9.99 per month, with a 3-day free trial for new users.

• Payment is processed through a third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you agree to their terms of service.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial periods.
• We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• If payment fails, we may suspend access to the Service until the payment issue is resolved.

Intellectual property

The xcarousel name, logo, user interface, and underlying technology are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

Open-source components used within the Service retain their respective licenses. Nothing in these terms restricts your rights under those licenses.

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback without any obligation to you.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for any loss of content — you should maintain your own backups of important work.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xcarousel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it. Upon deletion, all your content and personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days, as described in our Privacy policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.
